Hansel (James W.) and Gretel (Sidney) have left their stone cottage deep in the forest of Chickamauga , Ga. leaving their precious antiques, diamonds, & machinist shop.

After 60+ years of not getting rid of anything we are selling all. My lumber jacks (Lyle & LeGrand) forged through the forest to cut paths for your shopping pleasure.

Mr. Brooks served in WWII as a magician in the entertainment corp. Brooks the Magician continued with his magic shows through the years. Mr. Brooks was also an Photogrametric engineer with TVA, repaired musical & surveying instruments in his machinist shop.

John Alden, was, 12^th generation directly descended from the John Alden who came over from England on the Mayflower. In 1879, John Carnahan, a great, great grandfather of John Alden of Ooltewah, drilled for oil on his farm & became a millionaire. Carnahan built a home in Canton , Ohio across the street from President McKinley and down the street from the Hoover ’s. He purchased gold & silver mines, banana plantations, in addition to having several industries on Canton ’s East end. We will be selling many items & furniture from this fine ancestral home. The gun & blanket that Mr. Carnahan sat under in the desert at night to keep Pancho Villa from taking over his silver mines will be sold this weekend. You are certain to enjoy your walk through the history of treasures of this great family.
